a) When visiting the website
When you access our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser you are using. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the accessed file,
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
The data mentioned will be processed by us for the following purposes:
• Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website,
• Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
• Evaluation of system security and stability as well as
• for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
b) When using our contact form
For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. Providing a valid email address is required so that we know who the request is from and to be able to respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
The processing of data for the purpose of contacting us is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the request you have made has been dealt with.
No transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below will take place.
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
• You have given your express consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
• the disclosure according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
• in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on data according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as
• this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
We do not use cookies.
You have the right:
• pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
• in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay;
• in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
• pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
• pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another controller;
• pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future and
• according to Art. 77 GDPR to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence, your place of work or our company headquarters for this purpose.
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the expiry of the period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted.
We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when visiting our website. In most cases, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we instead use 128-bit v3 technology. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
Furthermore, we use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties.
